UptimePad: uptime, SSL, DNS, and status pages in one tool.
UptimePad is a website and server monitoring product for sysadmins and developers, with HTTP uptime, SSL renewal, DNS drift, and public status pages in one product. The free plan covers 10 monitors with no credit card.
All your monitoring.
One bill. Or no bill.
UptimePad treats HTTP uptime, SSL, DNS, and hosted status pages like core monitoring, not enterprise observability extras.
SSL renewal alerts
Get default 13, 3, and 1 day certificate-expiry alerts. Mixed-content and chain validation included.
Included on freeDNS drift monitoring
We baseline your A, AAAA, MX, NS, CNAME, and TXT records and alert the moment anything changes, intentional or not.
Included on freePublic status page
One hosted status page on the free tier. Custom domain from Starter up when customer-domain routing is enabled. White-label controls are included in the White-Label Suite. Subscriber emails included.
Included on freeCommercial use
Use the free tier for client work, side projects, or internal tools. We do not gate that, only check volume.
Included on freeOne pane. Four signals.
HTTP uptime, SSL freshness, DNS drift, and status-page subscriber health, all in one place, with the same alerting routes.
Response time, last 24h, enabled regions
aspmx2.googlemail.com6h agoNo AI. No "intelligent insights."
You pay for checks, not buzzwords.
Uptime monitoring is a solved problem. It needs to be cheap, fast, honest about enabled regions, and quiet until something is wrong. We don't have an ML team. We have a hosted monitoring system.
Four self-serve tiers. One premium suite.
Fixed prices.
You pay for checks, not buzzwords. Public plan limits, clear checkout terms, no AI add-ons.

Reasonable questions, short answers.
Is the free tier really free? Forever?
Yes. 10 monitors, 5-minute checks, one region, email alerts, SSL renewal, DNS drift, one public status page. No card asked at sign-up. No trial timer.
What's the catch with no AI features?
There isn't one. We think anomaly-detection on HTTP 200s is a cute demo, not a product. You get raw signals and configurable thresholds. If you want ML, ship it to your alerts webhook yourself.
Can I use the free tier commercially?
Yes, including for client work and internal tools. We don't gate commercial use behind a plan, only check volume and feature depth.
How is this different from UptimeRobot?
SSL alerts, DNS drift, and status pages are included on UptimePad Free. Pricing is per-plan and published before checkout. And we keep the toolset focused (uptime, SSL, DNS, status pages, server, API) instead of forty scattered add-ons.
Do you offer global consensus checks?
Scale is designed for 2-of-N consensus checks across the enabled probe regions. Pro gets 3 regions, Starter 2, and Free 1. The product shows customer-facing region counts by tier as regions are enabled.
Can I self-host?
Not yet. Hosted monitoring is the product. If you need an on-prem proof-of-concept for procurement, use the support path in the docs.
